How does team management work?
You invite cleaners as Owners, Admins, Members or Scouts. Members get jobs assigned through the platform; Admins help manage the team; Scouts can flag opportunities. The team's schedule, jobs, customers and invoices live in one dashboard. The team owner sees everything.
How do payouts work for my team?
When a team member completes a job, the cleaner payout for that job goes to the team owner's Stripe Connect account - not directly to the team member. You then pay each team member at whatever rate or split you've agreed (hourly wage, percentage of the job, day rate - your call). Clensr does not set or police those agreements. You stay in control of how your cleaning business pays its staff, exactly like running your own business off-platform.
What are multi-cleaner jobs?
