Cleaners on Clensr earn around £26-£41 per hour depending on the size and condition of the job. The shortest, lightest cleans (a 1-bed maintenance clean) sit near the top of that range; the largest, dirtiest jobs (a 4-bed deep clean) sit near the bottom. Optional extras the customer can add - oven (£35), fridge (£35), carpet deep clean (£45/room), windows (£8 each), wall wash (£30/room) - pay you on top of the base. End of tenancy, Airbnb turnarounds and after-builders cleans tend to sit at the higher end.

When a team member completes a job, the cleaner payout goes to the team owner's Stripe Connect account - not directly to the member.
